Spes Mea (which is Latin for My Hope) Foundation's mission is to accept donations for the purpose of assisting sponsor and direct aid programs that are primarily intended to address the physical or emotional needs of the homeless communities in the Greater Sacramento County area of California

At Spes Mea, we believe in a hands-on approach to helping the homeless population right in our own backyard - Sacramento California.  Our approach is simple-minded: Provide the essential items to those that are in need and do so in a dignified manner.

Spes Mea was founded in 2023 by John Richardson and Jackie Blackshear as a 501 (c)3 nonprofit charitable organization. We are successful small business owners and have the desire to give back to the community. We have now legally formalize our support into Spes Mea Foundation to support the homeless population that desperately need our help.
